Terms of Service for BizLaw

1. Introduction

Welcome to BizLaw. These terms of service govern your access to and use of our legal services for enterprises, digital resources, and goods. By using BizLaw services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Scope of Services

BizLaw provides tailored legal services to enterprises. Services may include advisory sessions, document drafting, and strategic planning.

3. Information Products

BizLaw offers digital materials such as guides and templates for enterprise legal needs. Access is granted electronically upon payment.

4. Physical Goods

BizLaw may offer branded or partner-supplied goods related to legal documentation, such as printed manuals or kits, delivered via mail.

5. Reimburse and Rescheduling Policy

5.1 Professional Services

Clients may request a schedule change for booked sessions up to 48 hours before the appointment. BizLaw will make reasonable efforts to accommodate new dates. Fees for services that have commenced are not eligible for reimbursement due to the preparatory work involved. If BizLaw cancels a session, fees may be reimbursed or applied to future services at the client’s option.

5.2 Information Products

Clients may request a full reimbursement within 14 days of initial access if less than half of the content has been accessed. Requests must be submitted via our contact form. Upon approval, BizLaw will process reimbursements within 7 business days.

5.3 Physical Goods

Clients may ship back unopened items within 30 days of shipment receipt. To initiate a reimbursement, clients must contact us via our contact form. Upon receipt and inspection, BizLaw will process reimbursements within 14 business days. Shipping costs are not reimbursed unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. Effective Date and Amendments

These terms are effective as of 2025. BizLaw reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance.
